Andleeb began her career as an educator and has taught Business Policy & Strategy, International Marketing, and Marketing for non-profit organisations at renowned institutions such as LUMS (Lahore University of Management Sciences), LSE (Lahore School of Economics), and the Imperial College of Business Studies.

Committed to promoting accessible education, she has contributed her expertise to multiple consultancy projects with leading development agencies. As the institutional assessment consultant for the World Bank's PMSP Punjab middle schooling project, she conducted comprehensive education policy assessments and shared her reform recommendations. Additionally, Andleeb provided consultancy services to the European Commission, focusing on teacher training for madrassas and evaluating primary education initiatives in Pakistan.

Andleeb's expertise has also been showcased on an international stage, as she has represented Pakistan in numerous seminars and conferences worldwide. Her participation in these global forums highlights her recognition as a thought leader in her field. Andleeb’s research papers and publications presented at these conferences have earned her numerous awards and accolades, including the CUE Institute Global Conference Award for Best Marketing Paper on “Brand Positioning & Perception, San Antonio, USA.
